The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Affinity website. The only information gathered on your visit(s) to our site are basic webstatistics (namely that a unique IP address was present on the site) and the personal information you choose to submit when completing any of the forms on this site. No other personal data is gathered.
The Way We Use Information
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use the information submitted from the Affinity newsletter signup page to add your e-mail address to a private, periodical mailing list. Your address and privacy are protected when the periodical newsletter is distributed and is in no way made visible or available to others on said mailing list. We will never share nor sell your e-mail address to anyone for any reason. Affinity is a privately owned limited liability company that is not affiliated with any parent or governmental firms or organizations.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to that described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
For your protection, should you forget your e-mail password, it can only be changed or reset by contacting us directly. If you know your current password and wish to change it, do so by logging into your web-based e-mail and doing so from the navigation menu under Settings > Personal Settings > Password.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. Once identity is verified, your password can either be changed or supplied to you as-is via e-mail or over the phone.
